If you are having problem with your CPU/MEMORY/HDD Usage 100% .  This will cause your PC/Laptop slow and most of them will cause it almost impossible to use. There are many reason that may caused this issues. But the good news is its have nothing to do with your CPU/RAM/HDD.
So how do you fix this? Well just follow this simple trick and hopefully this will helps you out.

BEFORE YOU START. PLEASE CHECK IF YOUR WINDOWS CURRENTLY IN UPDATE OR NOT. BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME THIS IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE ISSUES.
IF YOUR WINDOWS IS UPDATING. THEN WAIT TILL IT FINISHED AND SEE IF THE PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING.

1. Disable Windows Search/Windows Update
-Open up your start menu and type "Run".

-After you open it then type in "services.msc" and click OK.
-After you click OK. New window should pop up and should be looking like this.

-Now find the Windows Search & Windows Update by scrolling down. And double click to open it to disable them.

-Now click on STOP and change the startup type to "Disabled" and click OK.

2.Disable Windows Defender
-First open up your Start Menu and click on Setting.

-Scroll down and find Update & Security .

-Now go to Windows Security and open Virus &Threat Protection

-After that , scroll down and find Virus & Threat Protection Setting .

-Make sure the Real-time protection is OFF.
